    Neutral I've watched this clip, over & over..
    Cos it's not English subtitled, it make language harder to understand.
    I'm actually puzzled, why would a 2 year old child be standing alone in the middle of the roaring river?
    But regardless..
    The outcome of the event is a blessing, cos the child was pulled to safety.
